Support Animal Registry understands the difficulties that individuals with disabilities face on a daily basis trying to live normal lives with their support animals. We provide products that help individuals identify their support animals to reduce the occurrence of conflicts when with their support animals in public settings, such as restaurants or markets.
We provide free standard shipping (sent via USPS) on all of our orders, which most people receive in 3-5 business days.* We also provide the option of upgrading your shipping speed to Priority (2-3 business days*) or Priority Express (1-2 business days*) for an additional fee. Most orders ship the following business day. We currently do not offer shipping via FedEx or UPS.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes, a mistake might be made during the order process or the wrong size was selected for your support animal.
Changing Your Registration
If you feel after placing your order that you wanted a different registration type (service, emotional support, therapy), please contact us as soon as possible.
If you contact us prior to your order shipping, we will change you registration at no cost.
If you contact us after your order has shipped, there will be a $15 registration change fee. Your new items will be sent after we receive your original items back and they have been reviewed by our team.
If your order has not yet shipped and you did not order a digital copy of your order: a full refund will be provided to your original method of payment.
If your order has already shipped or you ordered a digital copy of your order (and the digital copy has already been sent): a cancellation fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will first need to receive the shipment back before we can issue the refund.
We are happy to exchange your items for a different size. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange a vest, collar, or leash in your order. Please note that any items sent for exchange must be returned in their original condition, with no dog hair, stains, or signs of use. Your exchange will be shipped once your shipment is received and reviewed by our team.
If you receive your order and find that there is a mistake in the spelling of your name or your support animal's name, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will update your items and send them to you at no cost. Your new items will be shipped once your original items are received and reviewed by our team.
